Gestcom is a company founded in October 2011 by Éric Pépin and André Hurtubise that specializes in providing integrated and multi-channel customer service solutions.
Our customer contact centre is located in downtown Saint-Jérôme in the Laurentians and employs about 100 passionate and trained agents to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
Since our inception, we have grown steadily, which is synonymous with the trust our customers place in us. We have gone from a 35-position centre in 2011 to a 65-position centre with expansion options.

Our management team has over 40 years of collective experience in customer service and customer contact centre. We provide services such as Customer Service, Survey, Database Management, Order Entry, Subscription, Customer Qualification, Appointment Booking and Technical Support. Gestcom serves a wide range of customers, from small to medium-sized businesses, mainly in retail, print media and telecommunications.
Eric Pepin was the founder and shareholder of the Expertel Call Centre, a customer contact company with over 500 employees for more than a dozen years providing business services in the telecommunications, insurance and finance sectors.
Under Mr. Pepin’s leadership, Expertel’s revenues increased from $1 million to over $8 million, the total number of employees increased from 50 to over 450, and operations expanded dramatically in both facilities with over 350 workstations in Laval and Montreal, QC.
He sold his business in 2009 to an American company after 12 years of operation.
Eric is personally involved in the day-to-day management of Gestcom and directs the operations and finances of the company. He also acts as Account Executive for clients.
Mr. Hurtubise has worked for over 15 years as a manager for two large retail companies.
Several years as a regional manager and then as program manager for loyalty to banner and franchise merchants.
These 15 years of experience have in turn provided him with proven business management, customer relations and business development skills.
André is involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and is primarily responsible for business development and recruitment.
He also acts as Account Executive for clients.
